Kasia Struss is a polish model (as Jac) born november 23, 1987 (her real name is Katarzyna Strusińska).
I took the following pics outside the S/S11 Stella McCartney Show for the first two and exiting Valentino for the last one.
Kasia Struss est un mannequin polonais (comme Jac) né le 23 novembre 1987 (son nom est en fait Katarzyna Strusińska).
