Jac is a young polish model (born on January 15, 1994) and she signed with IMG Models (International Management Group) when she was 13! Her first campaign was for Hermès (in 2007) but she appears on catwalks only (!!) in 2009 (she was too young before) by opening and closing the Calvin Klein show in New York!
